Jo has 9 years of experience in aged care, specialising in dementia and palliative care, along with 5 years in nursing and extensive experience in the NDIS sector.She holds a Diploma of Nursing, with training in stoma care and PEG management, and has also worked in mental health and child safety.Jo is currently studying counselling, focusing on intellectual disability, grief, and non-verbal forms of expression.Jo-Ann (Jo)
Isaac is a dedicated and client-focused professional who values reliability, compassion, and high-quality support. He is committed to building genuine relationships and takes the time to understand each client’s needs.He is patient, approachable, and an active listener, helping create a supportive and comfortable environment for the people he works with.Isaac is currently studying a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science, further developing his knowledge and skills in health, movement, and wellbeing.Outside of work and study, Isaac enjoys sports, cars and motorcycles, video games, music, arts and crafts, and cooking.Isaac
Jess has an open and bubbly personality, bringing warmth, positivity, and genuine care to those around her.She is a great listener and is passionate about building strong community ties. Jess enjoys creating low-cost activities that encourage imagination, creativity, and connection.She enjoys travelling, meeting new people, learning about local customs and traditions, and spending quality time with family and friends.Outside of work, Jess enjoys camping, local bands, plays, concerts, art and craft, swimming, paddle boarding with children, and exploring the outdoors.Jess holds a Diploma in Child Care, a Certificate IV in Allied Health Services, and qualifications in Disability and Aged Support, as well as Community Services.She also brings both lived experience and industry experience in supporting people with disabilities.Jessica (Jess)
Hayley
Hayley is a warm and energetic person who loves all things fun and is always up for a challenge.She is a big animal lover and has an adventurous spirit, with a love for exciting experiences.Auslan was Hayley’s first language before English, as she was raised by Deaf family members. This has given her strong communication skills and a deep understanding of connection, support, and inclusion.Hayley is also an accomplished senior hairdresser and brings lifelong lived experience in supporting, advocating for, and caring for people and families.
Sophie is a fun and outgoing person who brings warmth and positive energy to those around her.Growing up with three older sisters, she developed a strong sense of connection, empathy, and communication.She enjoys arts and crafts, music, TV shows, and getting out into the community to try new experiences.Sophie is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating enjoyable, supportive environments where people feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged.
